purchased this productPerfect for on the road
Instead of a new Macbook Pro, I got the Macbook Air, which will probably soon be discontinued. The battery life is really great, so it's perfect for me when I'm on the road. I need it for programming, emails and writing. The power is easily enough for that. It's also pleasantly light and, unlike my 2012 Macbook Pro, it hardly gets warm.
The only drawback is the quality and resolution of the screen. If you're used to a Retina screen like the Macbook Pro, the writing looks a bit blurry and sometimes hard to read. However, this can be remedied by setting a larger font (for example in the Mail programme or in the text editor).Pro

The device is suitable for all work on the go, and with the SD card slot it is particularly practical for photographers with a corresponding camera, as the photos can be transferred directly.
The battery life of 12 hours stated by Apple is really only possible for simple work and in flight mode.
Nevertheless, the battery performance is ingenious compared to other 13" devices.Pro
