  Good device ... with quirks

  We bought the iPhone XR with 128 GB at the beginning of the year. Immediately we noticed that the people called sometimes did not hear us. After looking for all possible sources of error (covering the microphones, etc) we returned the device, which was replaced. Unfortunately, the second unit still has the same problems, even worse than the first. This week we sent it back to the service center and hope that the problem will be solved with the third unit. It may be coincidences and isolated incidents, but we are very disappointed that we had to return such an expensive device under warranty in the first place. more
