I am since yesterday the proud owner of an iPhone 12 Pro. However, only because I reserved one on Friday evening at Apple directly and picked it up on Saturday. Originally, I had also pre-ordered my 12Pro at Digitec and was shown "early November" as the delivery date. I could have lived with that! But the fact that on Friday the delivery date was set to "unknown" made me a little angry! At least Digitec knew how many devices were pre-ordered by customers, and also how many will be delivered by Apple.
There Apple is more customer friendly! The stated delivery date is usually even undercut by 1-2 days. So if you don't want to wait (and depend on the Digitec-Connect voucher), order it online at Apple where you get a binding delivery date!

Unfortunately this game repeats itself again and again with new announcements with you. Please improve here so that you do not annoy your loyal customers!

Brilliant device. I switched from the iPhone 11 Pro Max to the iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue and was a little worried about the battery. The 11 Pro Max was a beast. The 12 Pro doesn't come close - that was clear. The 11 Pro Max always fell out of my hand when I was playing games on the sofa.
The 12 Pro is the perfect size for me. After 2-3 days, the battery also settled down and the indexing of all data from the backup was done. Now I still have between 40 and 50% at the end of the day, which is still more than ok for me.
The colour looks very classy.
However, if you can do without the 3rd camera and the Lidar sensor and are satisfied with an aluminium frame, I would rather go for the normal 12 as it is practically identical.
5G with Swisscom is ok. I get between 600-900 Mbit/s download.

Just too expensive, but excellent.
