    Megalomania

    1500.-- for a used HomePod which is probably no longer supported for long and which can not even the thread and is therefore useless for Smarthome in the future? People let the fingers of it and do not buy anything from someone who wants to pull the money out of your pocket!

    Ingenious for "Apple environment

    As already mentioned in some reviews, the pod delivers a decent performance for its size. To be able to write SmS, Siri on the iOS device must also be switched to Germany. What this has for a negative impact, I have not yet found out. Weather location is also selected correctly if nothing is mentioned. Music can be made either via stream (Airplay) or via Apple Music. It is also interesting that I can address the Homepod outside of the network via Apple's Home app.

    Great device

    I have been using the Homepods for a few days now and I must say I am fascinated: The sound (and I'm a hobby musician myself) is really excellent. I really enjoy listening to music with them: The sound is soft and pleasant. The basses come through well without being obtrusive and the mids and highs still have room. Voices are clear and easy to hear. It is amazing, however, that the device understands "Hey Siri" even when the music is set very loud. The 6 microphones do a good job. The only limitation is that Siri can't do everything, but that will be added in a later update. Anyone who moves in the Apple world will not be disappointed with the Homepod!
