    These are the original batteries and there are 2 in the pack

    I was connected to a Digitec employee in chat before purchase to find out about the details of this battery.
    I asked him if both batteries were included in the price of CHF 496? He said no, I had to order them twice, so that's     what I did. But then 2 packages with two batteries each arrived, so I ended up with four batteries.
    I was able to return the two parcels, but I was very pissed off with Digitec because I had to carry the super-heavy parcel to the post office myself. When Digitec makes a mistake like that, I expect them to at least collect the parcel from me.

    Excellent Service overall

    Product arrived as ordered ( it is early to rate the quality of product as it is only some days from purchase date ) but the overall service was excellent and the delivery incredibly fast.
