This product is currently the sweet spot in the processor market. The boxed cooler is quite decent and can also be used for light OC without hesitation. It runs very quietly at 3.8 GHz. With 6 cores and 12 threads, this processor is relatively future-proof. Anyone who wants to do a little oc themselves will find this processor ideal. For those who plan on gaming without oc, I recommend the Ryzen 5 1600x, which is the same as this one, but with a higher clock speed and no boxed cooler.

AMD has managed to conquer the mid-range and high-end market. DON'T BUY A 1600X! The 1600 only delivers 1-3% less performance!
AMD processors are currently by far the best choice when it comes to price/performance. If you want the absolute maximum FPS in games, you should go for an i7 7700k. However, this will change soon when games are more optimised for many cores.
Future-proofing is guaranteed in every respect with the R5 1600.
However, I don't blame AMD alone for the fact that you have to pay attention to the compatibility of the RAM when buying, I think the motherboard manufacturers should also improve a lot there.
