    Tiptop

    Great notebook, i5 8th Gen easily meets performance expectations.

    Typical Acer

    The unit was delivered with a memory defect. In addition, according to information from the first repair report from Acer, the main board had to be replaced. There were up to 10 bluescreens in 5 minutes.

    Funnily enough,     after the Spin 5 came out of the repair, the pressure-sensitive display no longer worked after two days. A new set-up / reset to factory settings was not possible because of the hardware problem. The device was sent in again. The device came out of the repair on 22.10. after approx. three weeks. No information or repair report was included.... and the power cable was also missing. Kindly, Digitec support informed me that the monitor had to be replaced and also delivered the power cable free of charge. Digitec top, Acer flop.

    So the SSD, the mainboard and the monitor were replaced. They could have sent a new Spin 5 straight away.

    After these stories and previous experiences with Acer products, I can only advise against it. It was definitely the last time I bought a cheap product.
