I bought the "Topstar hard floor castor set" with item no. (Galaxus) 2473877 at CHF 13.50 in July 2022, ideal on parquet and flagstone floors.

Is the lumbar support in the small of the back comfortably hard or is it pushed backwards when sitting (Since it is a mesh back, I cannot imagine that the support sits well or is stable. Thank you for your answer.

Can spare parts be supplied for this chair? In particular, I need a new seat cushion. According to Topstar's customer service, this is possible.

There are screw holes and a "holder" at the bottom of the chair. I don't know if Galaxus offers the matching armrests.

According to the Topstar website, the SY model is equipped with a synchronous mechanism, the P model with a permanent contact mechanism. Here at Digitec, SY is described with a permanent contact mechanism. A mistake?
