Yes, although the settings/success vary depending on the provider. For me with TV7 and the following settings work:
IGMP Snooping: Enabled
IGMP querier timer: 60
IGMP proxy: enabled
IGMP version: Version 2

So it works on an Nvidia Shield. Network has Netgear GS305-300PES switches. It doesn't work on my PC because Virtualbox has something against it.

Can anyone recommend a 4G USB dongle for this Synology router (one that can be ordered from digitec or at least here in Switzerland)? So far I haven't been able to get one to work! I already know the Compatibility_List page from Synology, but I wanted to ask if anyone of you has a working 4G stick already in use. have tested the following dongles without success: - huawei E3276 - huawei E172

Hello everyone. I would like to set up a separate WLAN for my tenants. Can I set up more than 2 networks with this router? (Primary network / guest network) Couldn't find what I was looking for on the net, maybe someone has already helped themselves and figured it out ;) Thank you very much Kind regards

Question for the community in general: I ordered an rt6600ax here, but I now think that it is oversized for our needs. I use a 4bay Synology NAS, would like to set up remote access via VPN and have everything as simple as possible. We have one smart home device at the moment, an Apple Homepod, possibly a second one will be added. We have a 120m2 on two levels, downstairs room and an office, I want to connect PC directly to router, upstairs is the TV with AppleTV and Xbox, where actually another MeshPunkt should go. We stream etc. I play games from time to time. Question: Is the rt6600ax with a mesh point (WRX560) worth it here or is an rt2600ac with a mesh point (MR2200) or at best a second rt2600ac also sufficient? I want to be able to create a firewall, secure access from outside and two to three networks. Thanks for your input.

I have a NAS from Synology connected to the Giga Connenct router at home. If I now connect the RT2600ac in between as a WLAN router and switch the bridge mode on the Connectbox in between, can I then also configure the WOL remotely? with the Fritzbox this is supposed to be possible.

Can someone help me with the configuration? Have the fibre network from Sunrise (XGS-Pon) with a Zyxel router (Sunrise Box). But the connection is constantly disconnected ...

Does the Synology RC2600ac router require a fibre network or can it also be used with a normal VDSL line? If possible with VDSL - what is the configuration with Sunrise? Does anyone have any experience? Direct connection possible or does it still need a converter? Thank you for the answer. P.S.: I have already contacted the provider, but unfortunately no one was able to answer the phone competently ;)
