I also ordered on 27 November, at first I was supposed to receive it between 22 December and 3 January then once postponed for early January, then late January, then again postponed for Today, and now Today after a complaint message Galaxus tells me that my Portal Playstation will not be delivered before 2.3.2024 subject to a new delivery date. I am outraged. I could have got one through another seller so I really feel cheated.

Unfortunately, due to delays within the logistics chain, we have to give delivery dates and stock levels without guarantee, but we always try to communicate realistic deadlines. Due to the exceptionally high demand, we are very reliant on our suppliers to be able to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible.
I clarified it again with customer support. It really does come later in Switzerland than in the EU.

Embarrassing from digitec. I would strongly recommend that you use prefixes at other stores. Digitec has proven more than once in the last 3-4 years that they can't handle prefixes correctly.

Absolutely agree. It was the same for me until I made 3 complaints and suddenly the product was ready for collection the next day. Digitec was always my first choice for online shopping. Now it's a disaster, especially when it comes to pre-orders. I will no longer place pre-orders on Digitec and I recommend it to everyone around me.

Hi wiiihiii unfortunately you can't use this device without a ps5 as it is only something like a streaming player. Hope I could help you

To use the PlayStation Portal Remote Player, a PS5 console is required. PS5 is required to stream compatible games to the handheld device.
