Does the stick only work with streamed PS4 games or also PC games?

Will the item ever be available again? Or are there alternatives? As far as I know, the PS4 has a blocker, and remote play on the Mac is only possible with this stick or via cable, right? :(

Hi, I use it with my Mac and my PC to use the dualshock 4. Also Steam supports it.
