The alpha 7s ll with its 12.4MP even costs a little more than the 7r ll with a good 45MP. Why "only" 12.4 megapixels at that price ? Is this due to the better noise performance of fewer megapixels/larger sensor cells ?

Hi Nicolas, the a7S II films in XAVC S/AVCHD format.
Therefore: No, it is not possible to film in RAW format internally.
However, the camera has an HDMI Clean output, with which a RAW-like format (e.g. 8-bit uncompressed ProRes) can be recorded when using an external recorder. One of many compatible recorders: Atomos Ninja Flame II

Are two batteries included? I have heard from some that the a7s ii comes with 2 batteries included.
