Hello, I have a small problem; your article (which I ordered a few days ago) obliged me to buy an adapter. The instructions for use forbid the use of an adapter, under penalty of possible electrocution or fire. What should I do? Thank you in advance.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the device is delivered with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable must be provided if the power cable is plugged in or, if the power cable is firmly connected, a suitable adapter must be provided. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, please contact customer service and ask for a cable or an adapter, free of charge. I want to order a white Smeg kettle but unfortunately they are out of stock everywhere and I have been told about Galaxus. I see that I can get it by design, can you confirm that it is um Smeg original? It's not counterfeit? I have read comments that the Smeg letters are stickers but is it true?
