Hello, I have a few questions. 1. is there an integrated alarm clock? 2. waterproof? Can you swim with it? 3. download apps? 4. email, sms, tel. notification? 5. sleep recording?

1. yes, and also a timer and stopwatch. But it would also display the alarm clock from the phone.
2. it is possible, but I would not recommend it because of the large contacts.
3. only via the app on the phone.
4. these notifications and many more are possible, yes.
5. also possible with S-Health from Samsung or other compatible apps.
