Hello, Is it normal that when I connect the screen to HDMI, the maximum possible resolution is 1980x1080? I have all my drivers up to date and my graphics card supports this resolution. Did you use the computer with a screen with a max. resolution of 1080p before? With which graphics card? Try to restart the computer. If ever, uninstall the drivers and reinstall them.
