Unfortunately, no exact date for the CH layout has been set yet.

You can just swap the CH layout keys from the old keyboard with this one and then you'd have a CH layout Blackwidow X, that's how it works, right? I have a normal Blackwidow Chroma at the moment.

No. The Black Widow X Chroma uses new Razer Green keys, which are similar to Cherry MX Blue.
