I need an additional charger for my Xiaomi Redmi 8 pro. Can this product be used for this purpose and do I need an additional cable?

It can be used. I cannot answer the question about the additional cable because I do not know which cables are already present - the charger does not come with any cables.

Why is the smartphone Huawei P20 Lite (5.80", 64GB, Dual SIM, 16MP, Small Blue) (7952044) -not recognised as- QUICK CHARGE recognised & so charging slower. It works with the power plug supplied with the Huawei smartphone.
