The description says that the e-reader has 4GB, but the product website says it has 8GB. Are there 2 versions and 'only' the 4GB version is sold here?

The 8 GB stated on the manufacturer's page are correct as far as it goes. However, it is important to note that only 4 GB of memory can really be used effectively. The remaining 4 GB are already used by the software.
Important note; the memory can be expanded up to 32 GB -> Sandisk Ultra microSDHC U1 with adapter (32GB, Class 10)
