Bluetooth: Does the headset connect directly to the mobile phone or via the charging station? Background to my question: I bought the Poly Savi 8220 Duo and found out that the connection from the mobile phone goes to the cradle and from there to the headset. I.e. if one cannot use the headset e.g. on the way, because the station must be present and must have current. This would not be the case with a direct mobile phone-headset connection. That was all with Bluetooth.

Is it possible to convert the "Voyager Focus B825 UC MS" to a normal "Voyager Focus B825 UC" without "MS" via firmware update? One would assume that the hardware could be identical.

The Microsoft certification (MS) primarily refers to the control of the Skype for Business softphone app with the buttons on the headset, HW is 100% identical.
In the PC software for the headset (Plantronics Hub), almost all softphone clients on the market, including Zoom, can be selected.
From this point of view, the MS certification is a comfort function, e.g. mute of the microphone is displayed

Dear sir, what is included in the package? is the plantronics USB dongle to connect to the headset included? the charge stand is missing, it is correct? if yes how can i charge the headset? Thank you in advance
