If it is still under warranty, I would complain about it. Otherwise, see if you can get the power supply with cable somewhere ($search engine helps).

Good day This is correct, I have not used the Bluethooth function so far because I control my flat via the Hue Bridge, which is very recommendable from my point of view. As the control is very simplified with it.

Does the lamp come with a remote control?

No, this (fairly old) model requires a Philips Hue hub (Zigbee protocol) to work. I advise you to choose one of the new models Philips Hue Iris BT which work with the Philips Hub as well as with Bluetooth. Note: the "remote control" with these home automation lamps is your smartphone or tablet (Android, iOS). It is possible with the Philips Hue hub to use also connected switches (Zigbee protocol) and that the buttons load preset scenes. Before buying this kind of equipment, it is useful to watch some videos on Youtube to understand what you are buying.

Hello I think this lamp in black is no longer produced and is not even listed on the Hue website. However, I did find the manufacturer number: 70999/30/PH I didn't find one in Switzerland, but in Germany. It's best to enter the manufacturer's number in Google. Kind regards

If you don't have one yet, you need a bridge. This is integrated into your WLAN, accepts the commands from your mobile phone, for example, and sends them to the lamps. The Iris is also available with the bridge as a starter set, maybe you can exchange your order?
