Yes you can, it should be loadable as a file, but it's been a while.
I don't think that should be a problem. And otherwise I'm sure there's a youtube video.

We have an Olympia CM911 cash register and the ink cartridges need to be replaced quickly! Are you able to get ink cartridges for this model? If not, where can we get some?

Is the cash drawer included in the price? How is the cash register programmed? Can an excel file be transferred, e.g. with items and prices?

Yes, the drawer is included. There is an SD card in the cashier, and with a special software you can download the data to your computer :-)
