Hello, does Nvidia Sli work even if the motherboard (ASUS Z97-K) only supports AMD GrossFire. But I connect 2 GTX 1080 with the SLI Bridge??? Please for the answer from a professional. Thanks in advance

Is this SLI bridge also suitable for 2 980ti's? the picture only says titan, 1070 and 1080 but it says differently here http://www.geforce.com/nvidia-slibridges.

Yes, the SLI bridge works with 2x980ti, that's how I use it.

Are the 60 cm versions there so that you can put the second Graka in the 3rd PCI slot and you don't have to use the 2nd one so that you have better airflow?

Yes, or because you can't use the closer slot at all. For example, on my GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 mobo, the 2nd and 3rd slots are too short for a graka (physically x1 long). The 1st and 4th slots have a distance of 60mm.
