No, because you need a processor of the 8th or 9th generation for this mainboard, for example, the rest is ok...: Intel Core i3-8350K (LGA 1151, 4GHz, Unlocked) Intel Core i5-8400 (LGA 1151, 2.80GHz)

I would like to use my old "MSI Z370 SLI PLUS" for a colleague. as he is cronically broke and could not afford a pc himself (use it with my old gtx 1060 6gb) do you have a tip for the board what would be a nice cheap cpu ? preferably something between 100-200 chf best regards cato =)

This: Intel Core i3-8350K (LGA 1151, 4GHz, Unlocked) But it's just under 200 and of course you still need a CPU cooler.

Is a Wifi card necessary if you don't have the possibility of ethernet cable or does the motherboard have the possibility to connect directly to the internet in good quality?

There is no built-in wifi on the motherboard, so an additional card is required for a wireless connection.
