I have misplaced the charger, can I buy it separately? Charging via a cigarette lighter is a bit of a hassle. Thanks for your help.

You can connect any power supply unit to it that delivers a direct current of 13.5-16V at 1A (=1000mA). The current may also be higher or lower, the device takes what it needs, it has built-in charging electronics (after all, it also has to cope with the constantly fluctuating on-board voltage of a vehicle).

Is it possible to buy the starter cable separately, mine is burnt out.

Bought it today, still have to test it but unfortunately no usb C cable included. I will have to buy it later

How much power (in Wh) does this powerbank have? I can only take up to 100 Wh with me on the plane.

I am in possession of such a booster, but it has never worked for me as a starting aid... Where is the fault? Connect the battery to the car battery - switch on the battery - start the car?

has anyone else measured the capacity? so when i connect a load to the USB port that draws 5W i can't get more than 7500 mAh - and that's less than 50% of the specified power...
