Yes, it should work if you don't have all the graphics settings set to Very High.
No. It's really easy. Simply remove the tray, latch the hard disk in place (no need to screw, just pull out the strips on the side) and push it back in. The plugs have to face the housing. Unfortunately, no other trays are available as accessories to date, which makes the hot tray pretty much pointless except for simple hard drive expansion. Have fun.
The card reader is the small slot on the front below the USB ports and above the optical drive in the centre.
I have heard that certain intel ssd and or toshibs ssd are messing around with the 1803...did you put something like that in your system?
