kosheen6 years ago000Quick question: Does the monitor have a film on it that you have to peel off when you buy it new? I'm not sure if I have a protective film on it or if it just looks like that... At the edges and corners, it almost looks as if you could peel something off. But I'm afraid that I might destroy the monitor :-) Thank you and best regardsShow in original language (German)1 answernofrog846 years ago000 Helpful answerYes, there is a protective film around the edges that can be carefully removed. There is no protective film on the surface of the picture.Show in original language (German)
Cyrill_Schneider6 years ago000I cannot connect the monitor via the DisplayPort of my MacBook Pro Mid2015 - no image is displayed. I also ordered a mini-DP to DP adapter. Does not work either. At the moment, the monitor only runs via HDMI and 30Hz - not really satisfactory for a monitor in this price range. Any ideas what the problem could be?Show in original language (German)1 answer
