If such an overclocking professional was at work, the question arises as to why the clock frequency is still the same as that of the purchasable model of the Intel I7 6950X?

Hi
The CPUs are hand-lotted by us according to quality.
Before overclocking, we cannot say how high the individual CPU can be overclocked.
That is why we use the values given by Intel.
