Is there a suitable mainboard for this nuc? I can't find anything online right now... Mine is defective... Power button lights up blue for 20 seconds and then it restarts. It repeats this over and over again...the usb ports have no power and I don't have hdmi reception either. I also took out the RAM and ssd and rebooted...same problem. I also hard reset the bios, but to no avail. I removed the battery and reinstalled it. I also replaced the conductive paste on the processor... None of this helped. It must be the mainboard. It's a shame that it's already defective after 3 years.

In principle Digitec always offers products at very competitive prices. For this article (exactly the same one) you can find it for less than 250.00 in another online shop! Unfortunately I have not found any reason for this difference, which is about 40% more. Could someone please enlighten me?

Can someone please explain to me how to install Windows 10 (USB Drive) on it? I get the error: "A bootable device has not been detected".

If Windows is to be installed from a USB stick, the stick must be bootable. This can be done with the tool "Rufus": rufus.ie/de_DE.html.
If the stick is already bootable, the installation drive can be selected during the boot process with F10.

up to 10 Mega without problems. Then I have a kind of bottleneck (I have an i5 4200 u).

The installation is not that complicated.
First install ubuntu server.
ubuntu.com/download/server

Then use openvpn auto config:
www.pivpn.io/

It's already installed with command line, but if that's not a problem, it's relatively easy.
