Is it normal that the processor is packed unsealed? I was aware that the packaging is very minimalistic and I think that's good. But a seal would be nice...

If you can read, you have a clear advantage...the duration of the warranty is clearly described.
I can't recommend a cooler unless you tell me what you use the PC for and whether you overclock.
