There is no point in adding noise cancelling to this case. There is a small gap between the glass panes and metal chassis which would allow sound to escape. Also, to make any real difference, you would have to add sound proofing material on the inside of the glass too, which would ruin the point of the case entirely.
The best solution is to purchase Noctua fans and run them at 50% speed... that is what I did with a custom watercooling loop and even under full load, the sound was whisper quiet. Without watercooling, it will be a little louder under load - but when idling or just doing desktop things - you can make it very very quiet.
