How come the price for the U11 "Amazing Silver" fluctuates so much within hours when stock is constant: CHF 525 - 515 - 550? "Black" has been constant at 579.- for ages. What does that depend on?

Because I am looking for a dual SIM smartphone for business and private use, the phone should have 2 transmission units so that I can switch off the business SIM at the end of the day. Does the U11 have two transmission units?
