No problem at all, but you must install the latest BIOS update. The memory is also on the Qualified Vendor List of the mainboard.

Are they in the correct slot? Depending on the mainboard, it may be different, e.g. A2-B2-C2-D2.
Timings clock and voltage or profile set in the bios?
Are there other bars in operation at the same time?
What do you mean by incompatible, are eigtl B-DIE chips on the Ram and those are the best for Ryzen 1 +2.
If the RAM modules are not listed, this does not mean that they are not compatible. Often they have simply not been tested.
Only the modules that have actually been tested are listed as compatible.
You can hardly expect motherboard manufacturers to test every RAM module that is available. Vice versa with RAM producers.
