I want to use two of these kits (so 4x 16GB total) with an AMD Ryzen7 2700x, The board is an Asus Taichi x470. Is this possible? I already have one kit in use (bought in October 2018). Are there any problems if I now buy a second kit and install this one? I read an answer from Brimstone on the same question but for an Inte CPU. He recommends a kit with 4 bars, but says that it should run two kits of 2 for Intel. How does it look for the AMD Ryzen CPUs?

with x399 Asrock Professional Gaming Mainboard and Ryzen Threadripper 1950x unfortunately not compatible. Or am I doing something wrong? I installed 2 sticks today and it's anything but what I imagined. Does anyone have a purchase recommendation?

Are they in the correct slot? Depending on the mainboard, it may be different, e.g. A2-B2-C2-D2.
Timings clock and voltage or profile set in the bios?
Are there other bars in operation at the same time?
What do you mean by incompatible, are eigtl B-DIE chips on the Ram and those are the best for Ryzen 1 +2.

This RAM module is not listed as compatible on either ASRock (x399 Fatality Professional Gaming Motherboard) or G SKILL. What makes these 2 not compatible? AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950x / AsRock x399 Professional Gaming Mainboard - currently RAM from Crucial https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/crucial-32gb-bausatz16gbx2-ddr4-2400-mtt-2x-16gb-ddr4-2400-dimm-288-ram-10089616. If the RAM modules are not listed, this does not mean that they are not compatible. Often they have simply not been tested.
Only the modules that have actually been tested are listed as compatible.

You can hardly expect motherboard manufacturers to test every RAM module that is available. Vice versa with RAM producers.

As long as the RAM modules correspond to the specifications of the mainboard,
