Hello Digitec Team I bought the Goobay powerbank (20000 mAh, 22.50 W) article no. 19646323 in April and had to charge it yesterday for the first time after it was completely empty. It took 14 hours to charge, which seems a bit too long to me. What could be the reason for this? Thank you very much for your answer. Kind regards Conny Saladin

Hi Conny, your power bank can be charged with a maximum of 18 watts. Your charger probably cannot deliver this power, which leads to the long charging time of 14 hours. Check the rating plate of your charger or try a different charger. Greetings Urs
