I have the following problem: "Base and Tel 1." are on the ground floor. The "charging station and tel 2." are on the upper floor. Now there is hardly any reception on the first floor (noise when making calls, no connection to the base, etc.). Is there a possibility to operate 2x base stations in one household instead of (1x base station & 1x charging station)? (e.g. 1x living room (ground floor) and 1x bedroom (first floor)). Telephone connections on the wall would be available.

What is the difference between C430A Duo and C430A Duo (DE version)?

I have the C430 Duo. The A stands for answering machine. Which I think is unnecessary because my provider offers this function. DE means German version and is intended for the German market. What this all includes I don't know (adapted power plugs, cables, connections and configuration etc.).
