Yes, the product title is somewhat stupidly chosen here at Digitec. There is no L variant in that sense, nor are there any smaller variants. This is the standard model, which is suitable for a wrist circumference of 136 to 192 mm.
The XL variant is suitable for a wrist circumference of 180 to 224 mm.
