Can the recorded data be transferred directly to a PC (USB, Bluetooth)? I don't mean the automatic synchronisation with Garmin Connect. Does the Vivofit save .fit files?

Helpful answer

The Vivofit 3 can be paired via ANT+ stick, but not via Bluetooth. The data is saved on the device as a .fit file, but you cannot access the internal memory. To access the .fit file of the respective day, you can click on the cogwheel in the top right of the day overview in Garmin Connect and then select "Export original".
