Is the table supplied without the carcase on the left? If so, where can I order the carcase? I can't find it!

Top: 25 mm thick / 2 mm ABS edge / rectangular shape / 4-foot silver frame
Working height: 68-76 cm / infinitely adjustable
Delivery condition: disassembled / easy assembly

Hello! Are the height dimensions measured at the top or bottom edge? How thick is the tabletop? And how robust and stable is the whole table? Is there a maximum weight or something similar? Since the table is also used for manual work, it should also be able to withstand a bit of stress. :)
