Hello, I have two questions: 1. why is a holder with 4 rollers shown in the product picture, but only 3 rollers are advertised? 2. what are the dimensions? So I mean the height/length of the individual wall mount. I ask because I may need to mount one side between the top door frame and the ceiling...).

Hello, on my side the package contained :
- the wall bracket
- 3 handle systems for bottom tubes including bearings
- 3 chains of different colours
- Counterweights for the chains
- Wall mounting screws (special "splinter" screws)
- Installation manual (sheet with pictograms)

Is this product supplied with a wall bracket? Or is this only the "roller device"?
