Is the drone difficult to fly? So "beginner pilots" can also fly the drone, because I had never owned a drone before, let alone flown one.

I think the drone is very suitable for beginners. It is small and light and therefore easy to handle.
As Tlztlz already mentioned, I recommend flying around in beginner mode for the first 10 battery charges.
You can also do a QuickShot (pre-programmed flight manoeuvres for simple, beautiful shots), preferably in a wide open field so that you don't fly into anything if you don't yet know exactly what

Question for those who own such a model: How do you rate the volume of the device? Is it more of a buzz in the air or could third parties be "disturbed"? (We are not talking about flying in residential areas, but on hiking trails, mountain passes, etc. where third parties are also on the move, e.g. on foot).

The Spark is much quieter than a Phantom 4 but still very audible. However, I can well imagine that this is less of a problem on hiking trails. From an altitude of about 20 metres (personal impression and depending on ambient noise), the Spark is barely audible.
