the text describes the EOS 80d + the 18-135mm Nano USM lens. Pictures show the 70-300mm lens. Is the 70-300mm lens included for the price of 1725?

Which 18-135mm lens exactly is in the kit? Do I understand correctly that I can 'cashback' the 70-300mm lens 2 times? Once separately = 120.- and then simultaneously under EOS plus x with 110.-?
