I have been using the device almost daily in the gym for a year. About 2 hours per day. I don't know the problem described. Everything is ok with me. The only thing is that the battery is only charged to about 80%. That's enough for about 3.5 hours. I would send your part in, because it is not exactly cheap.

Yes, of course. But it's also possible that nothing works at all. Usually, the circuit board with the Bluetooth module is in one earpiece and the battery and charging technology in the other. So the power has to go from one earpiece to the other and so does the audio signal. As a rule, however, the cables are very stable, so it takes a lot to produce a wobble.

Hello Modigi. I don't have a Fenix 5S Plus, but I do have a Forerunner 645 Music. With it, the headphones work perfectly and without any interference or jerkiness (even on the left wrist). I assume that the same technology is installed in the Fenix.
