Yes, I think so, although I don't know your setup with the microphone exactly. In addition to the charging cable, I sometimes use an audio interface (Steinberg UR44), sometimes a keyboard (M-Audio Hammer88). The latter without additional power supply. Headphones with a Lightning connector or via the audio adapter work in any case.

In general, it is intended to charge an audio device (e.g. headphones) and at the same time. According to the manufacturer, parallel charging is not possible. Please see the last picture above in the pictures of the product!

Yes, the plug also works with the original headset if it has a Lightning adapter. The function remains identical and the iPhone can be charged at the same time.
