Good day, am I the only one who feels these headphones have ZERO bass? Bought some today and despite several attempts no bass at all I am really disappointed... when this should be standard.

Can the BeatsX In-Ears also be connected to a Windows 10 notebook via Bluetooth? So that the Beats practically become the office headset.

According to Comply, all Comply 500 are suitable e.g. Comply Isolation Tx-500 (3 pairs, Black, S)

I myself had Complys from a Beoplay H3 ANC (200s) and they fit wonderfully! Personally, I prefer the Isolation Tips as they shield better. In terms of comfort, the Comply Comfort are recommended.
