Does the aXbo wake you up with sound or vibration? I have to get up very early and don't want to wake my wife and children with a sound alarm clock.

can anyone recommend a cheap alternative? actually, a wristband that vibrates as soon as I come out of a deep sleep would be enough for me.

I looked for information on the net about this type of alarm clock. It is explained that it must be "calibrated" to our sleep habits. Working irregular hours and never having two identical nights, would it suit me? Does anyone else have this alarm clock?

I had this alarm clock but it didn't work. Now I have a Philips that lights up and it works.
