With 1ms response time, it's fine for gaming. Then you don't want to go higher than full HD and it doesn't have a G-Sync or FreeSync option. But it's good value for money.
It's a bit of a shame if you have a big gaming setup.

Yes I use this monitor for gaming previously with a GTX 680 and recently with a GTX 1070. If you want to game on full HD it goes wonderfully.
