If you compare the two models at Asus, there are no differences there either. Win Pro is only installed on the most expensive version. I bought the cheapest version here in the deal. The CPU is great. But the graphics card shows its age.
The fan is relatively quiet even under full load. I often play directly on the laptop without headphones and the fan doesn't bother me. But noise sensitivity is very individual.

Hello, So far I'm very satisfied. Perhaps the only negative point is the noise of the fans in game mode.
No, unfortunately we do not offer this model with a different keyboard layout.
According to the supplier, 32 GB is already the maximum amount of RAM that is possible.
