hello, what is your budget? are you doing this professionally? will you only model or also render? i would say if you don't need the pc at the moment to wait about 1.5 months, intel will introduce a new processor family in june. otherwise a 6 core from intel seems to be the best solution, so you would have a good compromise between cores for rendering and clock frequency.
