You must check the dimensions yourself, which you can also find in the specifications under product dimensions. You also need a power supply unit with at least 500W and 1x 8-pin + 1x 6-pin power connection. It does not matter to the mainboard what kind of graphics card you install.

Yes, this graphics card can certainly do it. Maybe not on all maximum settings, but on high, as you wrote, it certainly works.
The size of the monitor doesn't matter, because the resolution (4k) is still 4k even on a smaller monitor, so the graphics card always has the same number of pixels to drive, whether it's on 65" or only 24" (of course only if both have the same

depends on which one you like best? in which case will the card be installed?/do you have limitations in length or thickness where one or the other card fits better? if you have no restrictions in this regard, then just buy the one you like best.
