Is there now a way to store the iPhone backup on OneDrive or do I have to resign myself to buying extra storage space on the iCloud?

iPhone backups only work locally via iTunes or then via iCloud. Unlike Time Machine, you cannot choose an external storage medium for the backup.

I would like to buy this Iphone for use in Switzerland as well as in China. I would buy one just before my next trip to China and try it out there with a Chinese SIM card (my Iphone 5 has no 3 or 4G reception with a CN card, for example). For German colleagues, their "German" Iphones work ok in China. If it doesn't work with a phone bought here in CH, how long do I have to return the phone? Thanks for the answers!

The following LTE frequency bands are supported according to the specifications: LTE frequency bands 7, 38, 3, 20, 17, 13, 4, 2, 5, 40, 8, 1, 19, 25, 6, 28, 29, 39, 41, 12, 18, 30, 34, 66

Therefore, check which provider supports which frequency band in China, this also usually varies from provider to provider.

This depends entirely on whether we receive enough units for the release. As a rule, however, pre-orderers should be able to expect delivery at the start of sales.
